RSH e-Sport Company sells products to companies and indviduals in Finland and other EU countries. The prices of the products include VAT (24 %). The taxes are shown on the checkout page and on the order confirmation sent by email. We reserve the right to change product prices and shipping prices without previous notice.
Products are ordered online by adding them to the shopping cart and completing payment on the checkout page. All customer information is handled securely and with utmost care. The personal information given when placing an order is solely used for completing the order and handling possible claims unless stated otherwise. You are expected to have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing an order.
The payment provider used on this site is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit card companies. Paytrail allows to pay with most major credit and debit cards. Paytrail is shown as the payment collector on your credit card invoice. If a fault arises we ask you to contact us first.

Availability and delivery times
We strive to provide accurate stock information at all times. For products in stock, we are able to ship it within 2-3 working days from the initial order. After collecting the shipment GLS usually ships within the EU in 3-5 working days. For more remote areas, please allow 8-10 days for the shipment. For customized products, please contact us first to get an accurate estimate for delivery times.
Cancellation and returns
You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving the order. If you wish to return a product, please notify us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within the 14 day period. In this email you should include your name, address, order date, order number and product information. The product must be returned as instructed in its original state and packaging. Please note that we will not cover the shipping costs that arise from returning a product. If the product has been used we reserve the right to charge for deterioration.
Please note that if you fail to receive or pick up a delivery, it is not the same as a return or cancellation. If an unreceived shipment is returned to us without any cancellation notice, we will deduct all shipping costs that arise from the process from the inital refund.
If your order is missing or damaged in transport or it fails to meet the requirements when ordered, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the order. You can reach us by email on email@example.com.
